What are the shipping options?

Domestic in Israel: 1-2 weeks (working days), Pick-up from the gallery ready within 5 working days. (following the email notification when order is ready)
International shipping: 2-3 weeks (working days).

What do I do if I received a defective order?

We at B.A.Art take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to email us, please share with us the problem that arouse (damage from the shipping) and we will after assessing the returned product will send a refund that will be processed straight away.
